So now you need to look on title and on htm's name

No, I'm sorry, I got the levels confused. Think about the answer that got you to this level. What level are you trying to reach? Could you substitute numbers? I don't know what the picture has to do with it.

It has to do with the hand played, not palindromes... and remember the hint from the source!
