Ok thanks to a lot of help from Lissy and Damar i am now at 20. I have read penguins post and have completed table two but not sure what is meant by pattern of numbers for table three can someone pm me please?

I think I know the sport it may be referring to but I don't know the link between the names. I just don't know anything about about the sport.
