OK, I think I found something, but I'm not sure-

EDIT: I found a dummy level, but that doesn't help...

Couldn't get on the computer all day. >.<

Anyways...

For number 1, the answer is like that of many riddles(i.e. notpr0n, p4x, etc.), only smaller(in size).

For number 2, there is a hidden text file somewhere. Also look at the other attributes of the image(i.e. name, file size, etc.), because that can help you find the file too. Remember, its hidden TEXT, not anything else.

UPDATE: Added levels up to 16.

And level 0 is easy to find, if that's the dummy level you're talking about. It's how to solve it that's hard.
