you get three numbers , add them together to get another number. what letter does that represent? a=1 b=2 and so on.

stuck on 5 - I assume I'm supposed to work out what the missing three numbers represent as well as working out what the ones I can see represent. Got three letters.

Me neither, and I've tried the only letter that might make a proper word if you anagram but that doesn't work either.
