can someone help on lvl 10, not entirely sure what to do

Update: i have the folder that i should be using (i got it from way back when) so as far as i know i have solved the first part of the riddle but not sure what the second part is.

On level 11, i managed to get to another page that said something like

Picture the End

but that is as far as i have gotten, i'm thinking i need to work out what the url of the picture is that i should be looking at but i'm not sure.

On 18? i know what Ws and Bs are. But what is the # infront of them?
And aren't we suppose to know which piece goes where?

Supposingly i have a theory about what the # stand for a specific piece i still can end it!!!

The clue he gives you in the picture. Part of that is wrong. You need to change it.
