nice riddle! -its very simple!

stuck at lvl 4...

Yes it is simple. I aimed for it to be time-using other than difficult, with a couple exeptions. Like number 4. I purposely put a notice saying 'The next level's secret is how many levels there are' on a tricky question.

Hint: the numbers correspond to each letter.

for example 1=1st letter 2=2nd letter but 3 is different. Look at the hint on the page. BTW this is my first time using spoilers.

The answer is to because t is the first letter on the first line (same as the 1) o is because its the second letter on the second line (like the 2)

This is NOT the answer but a (hopefully) helpful example

EDIT: i can't get the 2 to move so just pretend the answer is TL then

Use ann a graham on those letters. You will know the answer when you see it, then just follow the instructions on the level.
