I feel really stupid. I just don't get level 8.

Decoding only gives me one letter, so I must do something wrong. The hint in the source makes me only more confused. It should tell me how to translate it, but I just don't get it.

I'm struggling with lvl 30 - I Know Where To Look, but I take it the pic is not of the most famous one right
I searched and searched but can't find that on anywahere, and hence can't find the answer

Mkay, confused on 21...

Have read the clue and googled that with previous answer, but nothing relevent seems to be there... also typed previous answer into acronym dictionaries, but none of the ones I found have worked.
