Feel stupid but i'm stuck at 8 ¬¬ It's told that

I should remeber what led me to h*** so I used the "Angry monster *64*" program to decode, but neither in binary decode nor in normal it runs. Tried also scientific calculator to convert, but none. I though about coordenates, but not at all, of course.

may I write it in letters? Or decode it into letters thinking about alphabetical order?

But doesn't work. Maybe I have not the right decoded numbers. Or maybe I'm overthinking again. And

Base 3

Hate asking for help every two levels, but I cannot know what the hell "base 3" is... Google, cripotografics pages... none. And I have found no hints here, and also no questions, so I suppose it's very simple. But one day after reaching level10, cannot imagine what the way is; as ever, I'm probably overthinking, but I'm totally stumped...
