and try to figure out what to do

I wonder if

it is important what is written on the bottom left of the pic. Cause despite the pic manipulation I did I cannot make out the writting

I've looked at that, but I can't make head nor tail of it either. It's just too blurred.
And what DO all those numbers refer to?

I don't know either. Googling the text led to me some things but on what I found I could not apply the numbers. I also tried to count the letters of the text but the last is missing and nevertheless I don't think that this is the correct approach.
So at the moment I am pretty much stuck

If I turn the pic on 78 round, I can just about make out some numbers, but I have no idea of what the pic itself is. And I've been trying all sorts with it, but my technical abilities (or lack of them) are letting me down.

Whatever I do I cannot make clear the writing next of the picture. I don't know what to do. I tried 3 different manipulation programs but still nothing.
Sometimes it looks like numbers but also reminds me figures of the

dancing man code

but as I said I can make out anything positive.
Zane one more time can you help?

So, they are definatly numbers then?

In answer to my question, yes they are. And am now referred to another
level.

Unfortunatly, now that I am looking at the level it refers to, I can't remember what we did with it!!

The awful thing is that I've just checked previous posts and none of us has asked about the level I'm being referred to, which implies that we had little difficulty with it.
And now I can't solve it, so I think this is conclusive proof that Final Quest fries your brain!

On level 79 is it significant that the last letter of the title is a capital?
