has anyone else passed the first lvl then got a final level password, im confused it must have more lvls.

it means you need to put the password to the last level that you just did in there to advance to the next level ...

Password last level it's mean :

You must write your previous level answer to access this level.

Example : you want to get to level 8 you must write the answer of level 7 in password of last level box.
