I tried 3 steps on in the alphabet from the letters we were given, but that doesn't help me any. I've googled the letters and found that the second are an organisation. Other than that I've drawn a blank.Time...where did you go?Comment

I tried that too.
I also tried to see if they are elements. The first group is (Ag,Hf,B) but the second is not unless I have to anagram it but I don't think that this is the correct approach.
I also looked about Qwerty and Dvorak but got not answer as well.
Made letters to numbers (1st step) add them (2nd step) and the result to letters again (3rd step)... but NONONOOOO
