lvl 22 was hard, i thought that only "bad" words had symbols

Aqua isn't helping me one bit. Some of the robot parts are aqua but that doesn't help. So far I know:

There is some binary. IM needs converted to EX or vice versa (which I don't know about) I thought there might be a program or something called Omega Expressions, but it seems not. Am I on the right track to be looking for some program or website outside of the page?
