When I take the converted digits and apply the hidden thing, I get 6 caracters. No letters...
Am I on the wrong track?
I'm obviously missing something here..

you must put them in one line and guess it what the mascot name...

I have identify everything but still no answer.

I haven't identified anything yet, except that according to wiki construction began in the century whose number is written as a word, rather than a numeral. I though the three numbers might have been some sort of date, but I can't find anything that matches yet.

I am seriously blocked on this H3. The hell levels are trully demonic and make me have really really bad thoughts for them.

Conserning the title I google it and is lvl 3 from Z... R. I found the answer there but there is no correlation between the levels. At least I don't see one.
You said no google so I think that the sequence of the # and the location of the pic was not need to be found. So you must apply those numbers to something we see on the page. But "nothing" is there!!!

It mus be significant that one of the numbers is written out, but I don't know why. I wondered if it referred to that number word in the title, then maybe the other numbers gave us the letters within that word.
This didn't work, I'm only telling you I tried it so that you won't waste your time doing it!
