I have just started this riddle not so while ago, and am now stuck on level 21
what I did so far:

I have applied the two first steps - converting the letters to numbers and adding them in the "sepcial" way. What I don't know is how to apply the clue in the picture to the number I got.

I have followed the statue and applied the number. But what should I do with the number in the source and I don't understand the look down hint.
does it mean
