I have all the information for the words, but can't figure out where the no's fit in, have tried counting out the letters from the names in every way possible, but can't get anthing that makes sense HELP!!

sry to interrupt, but i couldn't seem to find good help on #2 (the one with the flags). I have the word the the bottom flags spelled, i know what the flag is, and i've googled all that plus the title of the page. am i missing something?

hmmmm on 4, the one with the glasses, i know what the psd thing is...and i changed the address accordingly saved the dumb file...how am i supposed to look at this thing?? does this still have anything to do with history?
