pokka: I am past that level actually. hahas. So heres what I am going to tell you. I suppose you have seen the .psd file and have figured out that particular clue. So from that clue, who was the one that invented it? And what's his hometown.

estse: eeeh...so you got the code, what kind of "language" or writing you think its in. you need the "tranlastion" from that writing into our alphabet to figure out what its writing.

I see alot of fuss about lvl 4.
You're gonna need photoshop or something that works with layers.
Sorry, but that's just the way it is.
If you've already found what needs to be found if there is something to be found and are still stuck, pm me.
I hope you don't give up - a few players have notified me that they have installed photoshop just because of the game - so where there is a will there is a way ...

try to google what you have from 4 and 4b together

Edit: If it is useless first think what could be the thing in 4b than relate it with 4.
