you need to find out who that is, it is a self portrait and he is deaf

there is also a good clue in the title

I know...im tryin with pictures also...i found some others now, but they are newer painters...And if its a self-portrait, i think it was painted in about 1700 or earlier years...but maybe im on the wrong track...
But im searching for more famous ppl cause i know this picture...
