could any one give me a hint on this have opened the picture found the code and the cipher type but i am at a loss at what to do from there i have tried lots of key words but i keep getting random letters.

when i oped the picture in photoshop i get an error message saying that the text has a problem and text substitution will be applied does anyone know if this will affect what the text says.
