look at the picture he has a cipher named after him and is well known. input the hidden text into this cipher to get the answer.

No 9, there are some massive clues in earlier posts, not sure what other clues to give without making it too obvious!?!

The only way the pic relates to the answer is that the answer sounds like what the picture is of. The clue in the title tells you where you (geographically) find what the answer is!

Now hurry up and help me on 13!!!

Hi I'm back , but I still cant get through level -10

It reminds me of Romeo&Juliet ,but Juliet wont work,i tried typing it without 'T' and nothing

this ones kinda tricky but ill try and explain without giving too big of a hint, if you look at the properties of the pic it says 007 hmm try to find an actor that played him.
