After a 3 week break on this riddle I have decided to give it another go and am still stuck on level 12. Any help would be appreciated!!

I need help please...

I found the file with the 3 clues. I know what they mean and I know it has to do with those words in the language of the url.

But I can't find where to go from here...

than you try .rtf on the URL.open and read it
when u search on wikipedia this words,u can see japanese names.
than try gif image,u have found 3 picture now
last step use paint or another prog. with transparence
just look who is he?
