You need to draw a picture of something - the arrows tell you where to move your pencil. Starting at the brightest/whitest arrow, draw a line in the direction that arrow points. Then, without lifting your pencil, draw a line in the direction indicated by the next brightest arrow. Continue using the next brightest arrow until you have used them all. Make all the lines the same length.
