lvl 15 confusion

I know I am way behind, but this is my very first riddle. I will start by saying I have gotten the egg page using username. My confusion comes from the "email". I decoded the source page and that is where my confusion begins. I followed the directions...or what I thought it meant....but I'm at a standstill now and not sure how to go on. If someone could give me a little hint, or clear up the confusion, I would be grateful.

i had that...it is not the right way to go.....

you need to change the url folder and destination....the past is one hint and the other is in the source itself

What am looking for here? A name of a book (tried that - didn't work) name of symbols (tried some - didn't work). Obviously I'm not doing something right. Can any one help please?

And by the way - Did they clear up Lvl 30 letters on the screen? I about went blind last night looking at those things & never did get them until this morning when I looked again & they were clear as a bell.?
