level 15

I've gotten the auto email back so I have the second part that I need but I don't see where to get the UN. Or at least anything I have thought was the UN has not worked (not that I am sure I am doing that part right)

As you can see, I am confused and stuck on Level 15 and need much help. I have read all the posts before this one but wasn't able to figure out everything that I need do or find.
