Hate all levels with a 6 in it.. must be something to do with the theme of this riddle. been stuck on 16, 36 now 46. followed previous hints but not getting anything that I can make sense of. dimensions didn,t give me anything. What am I doing wrong?

I know exactly what to do.. and how to do it but I cannot get the dern thing TOGETHER. I'd print them and do it that way but my printer is not hooked up and I'm too lazy to do it right now.

I was able to FINALLY remember how to do it in Paint Shop Pro....

But now I have gibberish.... not sure what that's all about....

Can I tell somebody what I have to see if its right?
