PHEW got the CLOCKS!! alright thanks to everyone, and I do mean everyone who helped me get there!!!

So with the paradise lost I see I am supposed to disregard the italics...do I count from there?

I'm unable to advance at all!!!

I got the soduku and that's about it!!!
I don't know how to solve the binary since I don't know the dude.
I can't solve the 8x8 grid even after reading a post on it's like a word trail starting bottom right.
I'm also stuck on the clocks since semaphore alphabet doesn't work. And how do I convert the source code using the clocks?
I know where the quote comes from but there are way too many italic letters...
I have no idea where the PW/UN is.
I know it's all about the bible...

It doesn't go very well for me here!!!
I've been here for a while without solving anything...
Please, just a little push in the right direction would be great..
