level 20 mollys riddle

heeeeeelp. on level 20

i know the name of thebook (fairly obvious really) but i dont understand what to do with the numbers. i've tried to use it as 14th word of 11th sentence /word/letter or vice versa and all that. and cant come up with anything. do i need to do any of this????

First reaction.... omg... 2nd reaction.. omg. In a state of shock... but loving it.

Have found a few puzzles. Done the binary. Got egg page on letters one so not sure if I have done as much as I can with that one for now. Sudoko - having probs anag bring up too many possibilities. Any hints as to how many words are in the phrase I am looking for and one of the letters.. is a C isn't it (not a G).

Thanks sleepyhead but i'm still not getting it!!! i've tried the obvious... or so i seem to think. (It's times like this when you realise how stupid you are!!!)
i know what i would do but i'm either typing the address wrong or i have the wrong word. but it seems so obvious! This is the first time i have played a game like this. maybe i should stick to point and click huh? (But this game looked so good... i can't give up now!!!)

My brain is not working anymore. Done the clocks on my own but having probs with paradise lost. tried what I thought another post hinted at and ended up with 22 letters that make no sense.
