Help on lvl 14

Hi I just started working on this riddle a few days ago and have been stuck on lvl 14 and can't think of anything new to try.
I know who the greek is and his cipher but checking and rechecking gives me tiaxxvq when I decode the numbers and no matter how I try level 15 evades me.

And I thought I found the pattern. But.... Even if it's the right pattern (which I doubt, because it only works on 3 words ) I don't know what to do next Could anybody give me a gentle but firm push?
