I´m on lvl 30. I decoded it, but it don´t work. i try a lot of more common names but also does not work.

when you say "check source" what on earth do you mean?which is "the source"?

Letter is not only key letter.U will use it 2 times

Stuck on the sudoku grid, i see the hint in the source, think dots and dashes from previous hints is just not helping here.
