Is exif the source code? I think I figured out what to do by what I found there, searching google. I just don't know how to apply it to the title.

As posted numerous times before, EXIF is additional information located within the picture. You can use infraview or photoshop or an exifviewer to view this information. Alternatively, you can just open the image in notepad to see it (although you'll have to parse through the random garbage).

For 19 - you're going to have to decode the title. If you have found something that may help you with that task but don't know how to use it, use google.

for real level 22 --> use the title of the level to help you figure out how to decode the source - then you must work from there.

I decoded the title, viewed the exif, but I'm not sure what I should be looking for???
