After finishing the letters ones, started to handle the roman ones and so stuck onto Roman VII (Level 207). That three side coin is killing me and don't know what to do with the given options...

Could be a push, please?

I wish I could help Clee, but I got stumped at the 2nd egg of 94, after the decoding... I'm not even sure if that's an egg pointing on the right direction or if it's telling me I followed the wrong track!
