help on two, ive seen the picture and tried decoding although i know it probably stands for thumbpics or perhaps not

EDIT: On level 10 now, its a doozy. Porbably isnt bad, just need to find the language the characters are in.

okay finally got one..found another website that helped better when inputting letters

EDIT...on two..do i look at a picture to figure out which cipher?
