Been staring at this pic for past two days and still can't figure out where the hidden word is or what I can use to find it.

Help needed before I go insane and smash the piano to bits

try opening the picture with Word and there should be two letters that stand out that correspond to a chord. Break it down to the specific keys and combine that with something in the title to find toe word thats the answer.
