Babygame read post 80 and just alter it a bit - that helped me to get past that level. The answer is very famous and easily solved from the spoiler in 80

if you deciphered first row you need to use in the second row the white tiles in the opposite way you used the black tiles in the first row

the black as you thought......the white think more of the gaps than the counters
