no, is correct. The word 'eigenschappen' is the exact Dutch for properties.

i got the whole chess thing with moving the pieces to form a riddle, entered the answer to the riddle and now have a picture of a horse that is titled lookatme.jpg and the title of the level is 39 (2)Congrats. I want to kiss you
But not sure what i should be doing with the second part of 39.

ive made words of the numbers on the bottom and got a measurement from the file name, and now what to do with them?

i understand it's a person from the ukraine from what hunter or someone said.
