26 and stuck the ice cave one i know your to zoom but when i do i dont see anything

well you need to zoom in at the point of 123,456..if you pull up in paint and the lower left when ever you mpove your cursor you see numbers moving..find 123456 then look its very small..and you don thave to zoom in but a little

I've been trying to decode it using the Code 39 thing on PurpleHell. It's not making any sense right now... I have no clue what to do now.
