guitar stings are tuned EADGBE low to high in the picture the guitar has 7 tuners tho

Still confused about Level 21

On level 21 Dead End...

I have found the

triangle redirecting page source code
that says "enter in what level 20's answer goes around "

however

I've tried "letter" "memo" "mail" and many others but I'm not sure if I'm putting it in the right place. the redirecting url adds the /dkc onto the path.
Do I put my answers after that or after /ttt??

I think I may just be having a syntax problem with the entry.
