I'm gonna leave the puzzle for a little while this morning to prep for something. I found the cipher pretty easily by looking through a list. If you can't find it after a while, let me know and I'll give you a hint.

crowster, if its a problem with knowing where to enter coordinates, make sure you look up a tutorial page on latitude and longitude and how to convert decimal coordinates to minutes/degrees/seconds. Coordinates are useful in several of these puzzles.

other than that, try google maps instead of google earth or mapquest has a satellite option as well so you can see what it is you are looking for. Sometimes you can websearch them in google and you will get lucky. And don't forget to use other clues from the riddle to narrow down your search.

Does anyone have an idea about the cockroaches?! I draw the trails of the moving ones, and the positions of the "frozen" ones but it doen't seem to make any sense....

nope... no luck I can see that they stop on where there paths cross, but each roach only stops twice... I've noted there paths too, but not seeing anything yet

EDIT: well I got a few little plans mapped out...but still nada. Maybe I'll have to get in touch with a few nord members, as they seem so much further than we are here unless someone sees my cry for help first....

Roaches

I'm stuck on roaches too. The best hint I got from nordinho was "check twice, watch carefully and draw . . ."

I sure we've all drawn similar stuff, but I can't see a rhyme or reason to it. Other then they seem to move in 3 types of parallel lines: up/down, side to side, or diagonal. Haven't yet gotten the significance of the ones standing still or seen a meaningful pattern.

The meetings-points are the green/blue/violet/orange/pink/brown dots, I numbered the paths, according to the meeting-point

Your on the right path, but I'm not sure why you connected everything to that blue point...they dont all walk through it. So if you erase a few lines you should find a simple geometric shape to lead you on.

And Yeah I found the "simple" geometric form but it doesn't make any sense to me (?)

Can someoen help please? I don't know how to get to the runes level.
On the paintings I got to the lady with the animal and on the other way I got to the jigsaw. But I'm stuck at these points.
