If you don't know what you have to look for on google earth-map (i mean if you got the right coordinates) you won't find it, do you?!

I zoomed in at 38°57' 1.35'' -- 77°08'7.44'' ...it seems to be some parking lot ???!? I don't get what this parking lot has to do with a CIA building?! When I zoom in at the CIA Headquarter-building, the coordinates are completely different?

- the minutes u have are wrong, you take 1.35x60=8.1" N
and .744x60=44.64"N
type in " (38 57'8.1" N 77 8'44.64" ) "
this willl take you to a building about a quarter mile left of your last point

yeah that's what I've been working on, but apart from what the building is, the only famous thing I could find about it was the

memorial wall an the book of honors. there's also the cia seal

I've tried almost everything i can think of around these and nothing is working as the answer do we have to answer it sdrawkcab like the morse
