Umm...refreshed the page for level #3 and I think I know which cipher to use but I guess not as none of the "keys": star, Dallas, cowboy(s) seem to be working. Anyone?

think: what is the band's name? find the numbers that correspond with the names

and think about the letters of their names.... you should get an actor's name

so the answer will be numbers? so if the answer starts with an a the it means 1? and the letters will spell somthing? this level confused me to no end (kinda like the rest of the levels lol)
