Those numbers don;t make any sence in level 31.. got the once ending on 8 wich i can save,,, got the once ending on 3 wich one is missing... the look and say doesn.t help much either

Stumped! Again! This is embarrassing...
ok...this is what i have tried so far....

i have tried word hopping, deleting, and jumbling only to end up with weird sentence fragments. i tried to calculate the GMT (with daylight saving) but i only got more gibberish stuff... i also took into account the last sentence...but any analgesics will only end up as the wrong answer.

eeep....any help will be much appreciated....(darn, i'm really feeling goofy today....need sleep)
