Just paste the 'I Have a Dream' text into Notepad or a similar program, and scale the window until you see a text

along the side.

I can't find the sentence in the "I have a dream" message and I don't know how to use the "writing" one.

For the 'I Have a Dream' message, you must just follow the clue exactly how it reads to get to the spot that holds your answer. As for the bricks part, use the message that you put in the map, and

Place it in the bricks (left->right and up->down). Then, take only the letters from a certain type of brick to get your third word!
