If you mean the Hard Times level: You need a picture manipulation program like Gimp to see other time. Then spell it out

I found some pics, and tried to conect and rotate and so on.....but couldn't get words from those pics.

I have found 8 pictures, the number on the last picture can be used to create a 3D shape from the ohter pictures except 4.jpg

Any ideas on how to proceed?
