lol I know how that is....I have spent many nights like that....for a hint for 31 don't listen to the guy...listen to the background noise...they are long and short....then convert to letter

I actually could use a little help on 37, the "Have a look at my ex" one.

Here's what i got: ( its a big spoiler btw )

I opened the pic in photoshop and it told me there was "bad data" there or something. So i opened the pic with notepad and in the end was "popeye.zip" . I got that file and it has a "offset" file. I tried making a graph and, using those values, marking points. It didn't make much sense, so now i don't know what else to since ( since i dont really know what offset is, i'm not english )

the 4/5 and 5/8 in the source are important... Use those to construct two words and add these as binary numbers. Then you need to find another binary number too... and the ROX is also important... ROX might not mean anything but ECI was ice backwards wasn't it?
