Thank you two for help.
Unfortunately, I'm still unable to get anything out of this frequency deal.

If I remember correctly, somebody suggested we read only the first digit of the numbers we get as frequency...not that I could make use of this seemingly a bull's-eye clue.

Also, I don't know if I'm supposed to round up the numbers I get on each file, then somehow decode it into words, or just use the numbers as they come.

I still don't know if I'm looking at right things in right way.
This level is just so annoying...(sigh)

Well, in my example, house does not have the same length as cook. Just put the first letter of one phrase under the order and start comparing ._.
