Amnesya - The Final Riddle Challenge

Hrm... It's the fact that I took Computer Science in High School that allowed me to get past this one... How should I explain this.

Basically within a site, there are numerous amounts of hidden files that allow the site to run normally. When the site crashes, for instance, there exists this one particular file that is usually responsible.

You need to find this file somehow, and then replace the W*-L***-B******* part with this file and the correct file type. When you do it correctly, it will bring you to a page with a statement. The last part of this sentence hints at a different file type. Replace the original file type that you had with this new one. You will see, if done correctly, a whole pile of jumbled letters.

Find out what language it is and decode it. (I suggest, if you search for the right thing on Google, the THIRD link [The sub-links within existing links do not count]. The first two produced no results for me. =/ It should be a plain looking website.)

And to clear your conscience, I have gone to level Stop simply by myself, a couple of friends, and some nice people on GamersHood and Nordinho. I don't know the website everyone is talking about ><

I realize that it has to be something to do with web indexing, or a flaw in web indexing, but I can't find any relations/connections... help?

Now I'm stuck at Engineering, with a flash(?) image of the word "Engineering" but it's placed backwards... I have a thought that this is hinting at Re****e Engineering, but I'm not entirely sure...

EDIT: I am at the autostereogram level with the mixed up parts of the full picture... I understand how this level works, but how can I make sure that I align the pictures the correct way? Is there some sort of pattern?

Now AD... I think I have a lead on. The number I have yet to decipher, but from previous comments, I think I need to use p**x* to solve this riddle. But what does the number mean? And in order to use p**x* I need the a*d***s and a p*r*. ._.

Stuck on Magic Eye level.

1) I have no idea how to arrange the images (I've tried but I can't get any edges to match up)
2) I CAN'T DO MAGIC EYES!!!

I found out that the answer was r***.htm from a website that has all the answers on it (goddammit, now whenever I'm stuck I'm going to go there no matter how much I want to solve it on my own, I wish it could get taken down), but r***.htm doesn't work. Is there a way of doing this level without the ability to do magic eye's?

I know this site. S and D stopped Amnesya for a while because of this web site. They said they have a plan... I hope they will add new levels soon. I am bored...
