You are on the right track. But you shouldn't get any squares, and the Euro-looking symbol, either.

So you *replaced* onoff's with 10's correctly without being fooled by Pinocchio. Then you did another one: binary to ascii also using replacement function...right? Why don't you go back and redo the second step paying special attention not to enter a wrong ascii value for those oddball binary strings?

You converted the first binary string to F, right? That's what I mean by "getting ascii value." Just keep this conversion until you see no binary left on the text. Then do what the statue in the Desert told you.
