Don't rush it, ch1ll. This is a multi-folds level.
Why don't you start from whatever you like first?

Do as the statue tells you and find the clue for the answer.

Apply the writing.txt to something you find, (or create) to find the answer.

Collect all 36 pictures, find the message, then apply it to something you are going to find in the Desert.

Don't throw the map away. You will definitely need it.

So, on 32:

So, I have the 4 cities's GMT's.
I have 1, 8, 10 and 5. I tried to put this in letters, but all I got is BIKF.
I'm really getting tired so, please a BIG help.
