Unfortunately no news for level 5 and the only one who has come to level 6 has disappeared
I'm still sitting on my two hints but have no idea what to do with them.

I found the numbers, but didn't know what to substitute it with. Am I supposed to look at my cellphone for that? Is it an anagram?

I'm on the finger print one, I have photoshop on my computer already can that alter brightness and contrast if it can how do I do that.

I'm sure there's a way, but I'm using a different program, so I'm not sure how you'd do that with photoshop. On mine, I use an option that says "Adjust Image Quality."
