You're on the right track.

If you look up info on DNA chemistry, you'll notice some letters that ]appear frequently--make a 3 letter word of them.

i thought i had it...i got a word but then the technique went to pot.....so i am now thinking was just a coincidence

just add the sizes of the 3 pics(kb) and round up

chrissy....i was just random from a starting point but changing the key every two letters and from i=1 i got a very sensible word...by using as the key the deciphered letter of every third letter.......but by letter 8 it went a bit

but i am starting to think was maybe just a coincidence
