take some graph paper, just start at any point, every direction is one move, you don't draw the lines in the cardinal direction thing itself, understand?

I have opened the picture with a hex editor, and then I got popeye.zip , which leads to a bunch of numbers I don't know what to do with, maybe make a drawing out of them perhaps?
